I. HSY-0088 Engine Coolant Simulated Service Corrosion Tester Performance Characteristics:

1. Complies with SH/T0088.

2. Equipped with a digital flow meter for precise and stable operation.

3. Features an integrated replenishment system, eliminating the need for refilling throughout the 1064-hour test.

4. User-friendly and time-saving, with dual timers for one-click start and automatic operation until test completion, requiring no technician supervision.

5. Strictly adheres to standards: automatically stops for 8 hours after every 76 hours of operation, then resumes until 1064 hours are completed.

6. The tester primarily consists of a bench test system and an electronic control system.

Bench test system: includes a reservoir, water pump, sampler, radiator, supercharger, and replenishment tank.

Electronic control system: includes temperature control, pressure control, flow display, and automatic intermittent operation control.

The coolant circulates for 1064 hours in a closed system comprising the reservoir, water pump, radiator, replenishment tank, and rubber hoses, under conditions of 88°C, specific flow, and pressure.

7. Corrosion resistance is determined by the weight loss of typical metal test pieces from the engine cooling system placed in the reservoir and visual inspection of the internal surfaces of components.

8. During the test, temperature and pressure are automatically controlled, ensuring stable system performance and simplicity of operation. All processes are automated except for sample installation and discharge.
